A high-end luxurious website for home-made restaurant cuisine
OUR WORK
The Brief
After being recommend by another DigiRex client, Chef Hat Home came to us looking for an online presence that resembled the high-level quality of his dishes. Creating an online platform to allow existing and new customers to book a spectacular dining experience.
The Challenge
As we didn't have a stylescape to work with, we were left to our own devices when it came to choosing colours, layout and overall design. After one quick look at some of the amazing dishes that were made, we instantly knew that the design should be minimalistic, to allow the imagery of food to do the talking.
Smart Booking System
We're driving as many visitors as we can to the Book page by using strong Call's To Action and stand-out colours.
This page has an advanced form that helps Chef Hat Home know all the information in one email, without a back and forth conversation with the prospect. The form collects a lot of data, without being overpowering, by using a smart calendar, it's easy to update your chosen times.
Menu Restructure
We wanted to keep the service images as these sell the product, so we added this into box that shows when the Services are seleced.
Simplified Layout
The website keeps the same styles, but in a more condensed format to make reading easier on smaller devices.

These tests are performed from a London based server using Pingdom. We use tools like lazy loading and image compression to help our sites load faster.
